By accessing or using MailTrixy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
User Accounts
You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features require a subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Data Processing
The Service processes email and communication data you connect. AI features may send data to third-party providers solely to generate responses.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to send spam, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, or exceed usage limits.
Intellectual Property
The Service is the property of MailTrixy. You retain ownership of your content. AI-generated content becomes yours once accepted.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may terminate anytime. Data is retained 30 days after termination, then permanently deleted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with at least 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is incorporated.
